Magical Apparel Ordering and Shipping

We can ship to almost any address in the world and are very proud to offer free shipping on all items from our store. Please review the shipping table below for further information on particular countries. Some items are only available for UK delivery. This will be detailed on individual product pages. 


The average processing time is approximately 1 to 5 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. Some order can take between 5-10 business days to process. Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.


United Kingdom: Orders will ship with 1-2 days of processing and will be fulfilled by the Royal Mail. Tracking Number is not available. Expected delivery time is 3-5 days. 

United States: Orders will ship within 1-2 days from processing. 

Rest of World: Items will ship within 1-2 days or processing. Tracking number is not available. Delivery time is expected to be with 12-20 days, however may be longer for some countries. Please contact us for more information regarding your individual country if outwith UK and USA. 


Your order may arrive in multiple packages. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, we will not charge you extra for each shipment. 


For Customers in the UK: 

We fulfil all UK orders with stock held in the UK, that means there will be no additional charges. This includes items from the international parks. 

For Customers outwith the UK:

The majority of our stock is held in the UK but we do keep some at the location of manufacture for particular products. That means that we may ship your item from outwith your home location. In some cases, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs duties and/or fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges for taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate what the charges may be since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. For further details, please contact your destination local customs office or visit their official website. In some cases, customs clearance procedures are required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery estimation time.


We work as hard as we can to get your orders shipped as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. If you need to cancel, we suggest you contact us and we will try and assist, however if we have already processed the order this may not be possible.  


We accept returns only for items that are faulty. If your item has arrived damaged, please get in touch and we will do everything we can to put it right.
